Although it lacked views, it offered staff who greeted us warmly and did not smell of smoke like other hotels. the rooms were comfortable, supplied with USB charging ports, and plush robes for the luxury factor.

The hotel bar was overpriced.

The shower kits were excellent, and the view from the room was lovely. the hotel also had good transport links, with a nearby monorail that made getting around easy.

The hotel was not up to the same standards as other luxury hotels. the room was too small and the decorations were bizarre.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and bathroom. The lobby had a cool water feature and the coffee shop had delicious pastries with friendly staff. the hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the busy streets and casinos.

The hotel had some major issues. The staff seemed unorganized and not well-trained, as they made multiple mistakes with my reservations and took a long time to provide me with basic amenities like a hair dryer.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and modern with a fantastic view. The amenities were great, including a coffee machine, dressing gowns, and USB charging ports. The staff was friendly and helpful, remembering us the next morning. The use of the house car for transportation was incredibly convenient.
